Firs there was an online test, which was very VERY challenging. This test is carried out in English and I believe it is common for all offices around the world. The questions involved simple math, but they were very tricky. I was then called and asked several questions over the phone, mainly "fit type" of questions such as "why consulting" "why oliver wyman" etc. Lastly I was called to their offices and I was interviewed by two partners. They mainly asked fit questions and I was asked to solve a business case, as usual. Overall, the interviewers made you feel comfortable and relaxed
