Presentation
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- First round interviews: Two 30 minute interviews. One was a standard case interview in management consulting, the other was purely focused on background and resume questions. The case was similar to what you would find in case in point, but mostly quantitative and straight-forward profit and loss questions.
- Final round interviews: Three 30 minute interviews. One was a case presentation that you had 20 minutes to prepare and then presented to two consultants. The second was a standard case interview. The third was a purely behavioral/background and resume interview.
