Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of the following: Phone interview with HR, mostly fit and behavioral 2 Phone interviews with Principals, one case interview and one behavioral interview 3 interviews with partners at the office, one on one case interview, presentation case interview with 2 partners and a behavioral interview. I found the entire process very transparent and pleasant. I had never done case interviews so it was interesting to do them in person. The group case interview was difficult but was a great opportunity for me to flex my analytical muscles and show my ability to present. The interview process was certainly difficult but I think it is easy enough to prepare for it. There are plenty of sample cases on the internet to work with.
