Summer Intern

Target school campus recruiting. Had applied the year before as a sophomore and was told that they do not hire sophomores and so did not advance to final round. As a junior, I applied again and hit it off with the partner who interviewed me for the first round (we just chatted and did a short case on Pottery Barn). Made it to the final rounds, but had to miss the original ones on campus (not supposed to be in office) because I was in New York for final rounds for another company. Went to New York offices to interview, happened to be the same partner. Was given 30 minutes to prepare a case, then presented to partner and another associate consultant. Very short, not even an hour for final round. Received offer that night.
