People were very friendly and easy to talk to. Easygoing and laid-back culture. I planned for the interview by doing practice cases and prepping the basic behaviorals (ie. why OW)

3 rounds after the resume drop. First, there is an online test you must take consisting of a short quantitative section and a situational behavorial section. After that, first round interviews consist of a back-to-back behavorial and case interview, each lasting 30 minutes. The case is pretty simple (profitability, market entry, etc) and the behaviorals are very standard (tell me about yourself, why OW, tell about a time questions, etc.). Finally, there is a final round the very next week consisting of two cases and one behavorial interview. Again cases are pretty simple and the behavorials are pretty standard. All interviews were conducted by principals or above.
