Analyst

The process at oppenheimer was pretty standard. I interviewed first with an HR rep then an associate and an analyst for the first round. The Superday wasn't too bad either, met with approx 6 bankers ranging from analyst to MD. Smaller firm so less people than you would expect for a superday. I found that HR kept me updated on the process frequently and were very receiving of questions. The bankers were all very laid back, except for one MD, and got a great feel for the culture, though I did hear from a former associate that they arent as driven as one would expect to see at an I-bank
