Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred to the position by a contact who I knew at the company. The whole process was rather informal and a bit unorganized. I played phone tag with HR for a solid week until we finally scheduled the interview. Made the interview went in for it and unfortunately did not get a call back.
