Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of an on-campus interview with two analysts.
Superday consisted of several 1 on 1 interviews with an analyst, an associate, a director, and two MDs. Superday process was quite unique –there were two superdays, each with 12 candidates. The candidates were split into several groups of four, with all of the candidates in a given group interviewing with the same set of interviewers. The firm planned on giving an offer to one candidate in each group.
