Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was looking to gain some more experience during the semester and I saw a job posting for an Portfolio/Research Assistant at Oppenheimer. The dead line for the posting was less than 24 hours away when I first saw it, and I quickly applied in time. I got an email from the advisor's secretary the next morning, looking to see up a phone interview. I spoke with the advisor for about 20 minutes and we arranged an in-person interview for the following week. He called me about a week later offering me the position.
