Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred to head of research and contacted by admin of a small ER team (1 MD/senior analyst, 2 associate). First round is 30-mins telephone interview with MD, mostly why ER, cv questions and a stock pitch. Second round is an on-site skill test (read a quarterly earnings release and conference call transcript to update 3 statements forecast for 3-4 hours) and 1 on 1 interviews (with 2 associates for 30-mins each). Third round is again interview with the MD in office mostly fit questions.
