1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I send an email to an employee at Oppenheimer asking for a talk. Then my email was forwarded to the WM group since they were needing Fall interns. The WM doesn't even post the position online. I go to an interview in the following week and the process was generally easy, mostly resume-based & fit questions. Not too much about the market.
