The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Group Interview
Interview
Interviewed on campus following a listing on my schools website. Interviewed with a one person from the business management side as well as one analyst. The interview's first half was traditionally behavioral, followed by a second half of softball technical questions.
Interview Questions
"whats your beta" was a very off question I was asked as the rest of the interview was very formulaic. I was also asked the dreaded "why MM?" question...to which 95% of positive answers will always be a bit of fabrication.

On the technical side, I was asked for different methods of valuation, what do companies look for in an acquisition, what do the three financial statements say and how can they interconnect.

The most difficult part of the interview was the time constraint - convincing two people you are the right fit for the job is very difficult in a 30 minute window, especially when they use half the time for simple technicals.

Phone Interview
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a preliminary phone screening. It consisted of basic behavioral questions, what do you know about the company, the role, etc. I was then scheduled for a 1-on-1 phone interview with an associate on the team. Again, much more of the same behavioral questions trying to gauge my ability to fit within a small team environment. Asked a few questions about my experience in different business clubs while at University. The last interview in the process was with a VP that lead the team. Initially started out with behavioral questions, but then really dove deep into your experience at school to see what I knew. Asked questions about investment experience at school and different classes I took and what I learned. The overall experience was very behavioral oriented. Culture is big at OFI and they want to make sure they are bringing the right people in from a social/fit standpoint.
Interview Questions
None, just be able to talk about your experience at school, especially within clubs/organizations you have on your resume. I would be asked general questions about my experience and then would be asked a follow up about a specific thing I said. Overall, just be able to explain yourself on a lot of "tell me about a time" questions. OFI promotes themselves as an organization that is very collaborative across all divisions and ranks. If you can highlight good examples of when you worked with other and how you reacted in certain situations (conflict, etc.) you will do fine.
