Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a preliminary phone screening. It consisted of basic behavioral questions, what do you know about the company, the role, etc. I was then scheduled for a 1-on-1 phone interview with an associate on the team. Again, much more of the same behavioral questions trying to gauge my ability to fit within a small team environment. Asked a few questions about my experience in different business clubs while at University. The last interview in the process was with a VP that lead the team. Initially started out with behavioral questions, but then really dove deep into your experience at school to see what I knew. Asked questions about investment experience at school and different classes I took and what I learned. The overall experience was very behavioral oriented. Culture is big at OFI and they want to make sure they are bringing the right people in from a social/fit standpoint.
