Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First stage were three numerical assessments which had to be made in a group at their Amsterdam Office. After each round you had to pass a certain mark to proceed to the next round. Afterwards a phone interview with some personal/behaviour questions and basic questions about trading/market making. Last round a technical interview with two traders and a sitting next to a trader on the desk.
