Director of Engineering

This was a long interview process. There were approximately 4 Zoom and phone interviews, followed by an onsite interview of an additional 8 rounds. Nice facility, however I was being interviewed for a position / need, but then told repeatedly that the teams did not understand the role itself and needed a generalist/master of everything. Many interviewers came off very condescending negating my knowledge of the role I have performed in for a good number of years. No offer, and very thankful of that.
