Skills Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There is initially a skills test with their ZapN assessment. If you've done it in the previous 8 months like I had, they don't let you take it again. Thought I did fairly poorly, but still got through, so maybe they're quite lenient. Then onto a behavioural interview with a member of HR. No skills required, just background questions. Seemed friendly and open.
