What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First is the famous 80 in 8 test. Secondly there was a numerical sequence test, 30mins 26 questions - I found this the toughest personally.
After that are some games, I've seen these done before - things like memorising numbers and betting on inflating a balloon.
Lastly there was a standard SHL type test which most people are familiar with.
Next is a HR Screening, fairly straight forward.
Awaiting results from this.
