What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
So first of all you need to submit your Application.
After that you get sent an OA. (here I don't know if it helps having a referral, but I'm pretty sure it is completely useless).
Complete the OA and if you scored really well you will get an invitation for an interview in just a few days really (think 2-4).
You will get sent a list of documents on which you can prepare, it is mainly a reference for a book if I recall correctly).
Then you will have 3 interviews:
1 - Recruiter
2/3 - with traders
