Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty Straightforward. You need to solve a puzzle on their website (Based on probability, random processes, game theory and such) and send them the solution with your cover letter and resume. Then an aptitude test and HR screening. After that, a technical screen, where they discuss your assignment, have a discussion on your technical background (my research experience in my case), and ask a couple of probability, game theory, guesstimation questions, puzzles. Then comes the superday, which has 2 more technical interviews and an HR interview, similar to previous ones, but much more intense.
