Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, there are two online assessments. One of it is SHL G+ test, which test your IQ and the ability to quickly make a decision. You can see more details or some examples online. (google it) The other OA is a numerical test, including probability, betting (need to consider risk), math questions, and data analysis.(you can use any language, including Excel).
If you pass these 2 OAs, it would be a HR phone call to ask some behavioral questions. And then are two technical interviews, including some questions about mental math, probability (Poker), betting (Poker), and a Femi question.
