Software Engineering Intern

First step is an online assessment, some math and programming tests. Keep in mind that this might have changed as it is a while ago. Next, an HR interview to check your motivation, some behavioural assessment questions. Next is a technical interview with 2 people from the department, both software engineers. They ask you to design a system relating to trading on an exchange, thinking of bottlenecks along the way. Then, they ask for some steps relating to the implementation. I failed at this stage as I did not know how to answer a concurrent programming question, which I had last used/studied more than 3 years ago. The next stage after this would be a presentation and a final interview (both technical and HR, if I recall correctly). Overall, the process was smooth and feedback was given quite quickly.
