Trader

I submitted my resume through campus recruiting process and received invitation to take the the 8-min numerical test. The test was about basic calculation + - * / only but with a little trick and time limit you have to do some preparation in advance that you can find a lot online about fast calculation test/ trader numerical test. So it is not a big problem. After two weeks after the test, I received an invitation of a phone interview, about 30min. Questions included were as follows: Why do you want to be a trader? What do you do for fun? Why do you think you are qualified to be a good trader? What are the three traits of a trader? How do you like Chicago? Any relevant experiences? What did you do for the previous internship? Maybe because I don't have strong background so I was rejected on the next morning.
