Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1)Numerical Test: 80MC in 8min. I only did 59 questions but still got to second round. Guess cut-off is around 55.
2)Phone Interview with HR: purely behavior. mostly motivation etc.
3)Skype Interview with 1 HR and 1 trader: HR asks behavioral. Trader asks a market making game.
4)Onsite: 30min sequence test. HR and trader interview & chat. havent done it yet.
