First resumes are screened and then everyone is invited to london to take 3 difficult math tests. less than half of my group passed the tests, although we were told that was high for them.

next round ws a phone interview with hr to get your motivations and see if you did your due diligence on what they do.

then last round was at company hq in amsterdam. first hour was an interview with head of training(former trader) and hr, mostly about motivations. head of training spent a lot of time trying to get me uncomfortable as a test to measure my calmness.

second hour was technical interview with two senior traders. started off with detailed questions about factors influencing the greeks. then some number problems, then a series of brainteasers.

third hour sat and chilled with a trader for an hour and ate lunch during that hour. asked me about why i want to work there and showed me all his screens.
