Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They first give you an 80 question mental math test that you have 8 minutes to complete. The cutoff is around 60. Then is a phone behavioral interview in which they ask you why you are interested in Optiver, and why you want to do trading. Afterwards is a technical interview with a trader in which they ask you mainly probability questions. Make sure to speak clearly so the person can follow along and sometimes he may ask you how confident you are in your answer.
