Pretty horrible experience overall. I showed up to the office in Chicago and was put in a conference room with about 15 other applicants (one of whom had flown into Chicago from London to interview). We were handed a math assessment with two digit multiplication and division. After 15 minutes the tests were collected and graded. Anyone who answered less than 60 questions was asked to leave. That was the end of that. The kid who flew in from London got in a cab back to the airport, pretty depressing overall.
