Applied online and heard back within 2 weeks. I had applied within 3 days of the window opening.
They sent me a link to the 80 in 8 test. Must've scored somewhere around 50 because I only answered ~55 of the questions.

2 days later, I received a request to interview with one of their floor traders to see if I would be a good fit. Pretty standard interview, except for when they asked me what 59x 22 was and 67 x 41 (and no calculator with 20 seconds to answer). Coding is important and I did not have much experience with this. About 8 questions total in the whole interview including the two maths and about 6 behaviorals.
