Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and was assigned an online test. The test is 6-8 minutes and is on the typical arithmetic that traders ask. If you pass this part HR sets up an initial phone interview. It's mostly a behavioral interview making sure your a fit for the position. Ex. You want to do trading and are interested in the markets. After that you interview with a trader who asks more arithmetic. He also asks you to make a market and price the bid/ask spread of that market.
