Interview Details
2) HR screening on Resume - no technical/maths questions. Need to show interest in trading and asked what other firms you have applied to
3) 2 on 1 interview with trader and HR staff. Play a market making game with three playing cards- they put three playing cards face down and you are asked to make a market without going broke - need to mentally keep track of your P&L as the game goes on. HR digs deeper into your background and interest in trading
4) Super day: 80 questions in 8 minutes maths test, group interview involving logic questions, 2-1 interview with trader and HR again: they give you a case study on a product that tracks the weather. It helps to understand some option theory and how option prices behave as time goes on.
