Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with an online assessment of brain teasers and simple mental math all with a time limit. Second Round was a behavioral interview with HR asking about motivation/non-competes etc. Final round was a series of 3 45 min games where you work through and talk out your thought process to a trader and get to interact with your decisions in real time
