Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume online for a public debt analyst position. I was asked to come in to meet with a member of the team, and ended up meeting with Geoff Hsu, one of the senior partners. Very nice guy, incredibly smart. However, my background was not a good fit for the position.
