The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The firm hires 1~2 sophomores from my school as part-time interns (during school year) every year. I got the interview totally unexpectedly. My resume was passed along directly to the person responsible for hiring, and I did one 1-on-1 interview. Given that most applicants are sophomores, I was asked basic accounting, finance, markets questions and a few nontrivial brainteasers as well.
Interview Questions
I was asked about 2~3 brainteasers, none of which I have seen before. , Also I didn't prepare a stock pitch but they asked me if I follow any companies/industries in particular.

Interview
Applied through my school's career site. Got an email about an interview fairly quickly. Set up an appointment in their Manhattan office. Spoke with an alum from my school. I am not in the finance field academically, which the interviewer knew, so he asked me basic questions about financial statements, etc, to see how much I knew. He mentioned that they were looking for sophomores because they do not generally hire out of their intern program and don't want to take that opportunity away from students during their junior summer. The interviewer was very nice even though the building/atmosphere was a little intimidating. However, my inexperience definitely was obvious and I did not receive an offer.
Interview Questions
Nothing too unexpected- just general questions about finance to see what my knowledge base was because I come from a non-finance background. For example, he asked me to just name the parts of a balance sheet/income statement, etc. He had a copy of my resume and asked me to explain my experiences in more detail and what skills I had acquired from them. I can imagine that he would have asked more technical questions of a more experienced candidate but for me it was more like a conversation, albeit in a high pressure environment.

Interview
I submitted my resume online for a public debt analyst position. I was asked to come in to meet with a member of the team, and ended up meeting with Geoff Hsu, one of the senior partners. Very nice guy, incredibly smart. However, my background was not a good fit for the position.
Interview Questions
There were no direct "questions" which I can post. The conversation revolved around my background, experience in healthcare debt investing, overall awareness of the biopharma environment. He did ask a couple of pointed questions on a company in which I had invested in a previous position.
