Interview Questions
Behavioral: Tell me about yourself, why paradigm, why investment banking, which one of our deals interested you, why do you want to work in Toronto, What would your friends say about you, tell me about a time that you had a conflict and how you handled it...

Technical: Walk me through DCF, what's different in a dcf for technology companies (said i was interested in tech during interview), how would you project revenue for tech companies, what is wacc, what adjustments can you make on wacc, accretion dilution question based on two companies with PE multiples 100% all stock deal.
