2 Week process spreading 5 rounds, primarily conversational and very easy techs compared to other shops.
Round 1: Behaviorals with 2 analysts
Round 2: 1-on-1 technicals with Associate
- basic accounting and corporate finance, no merger math or M&A, no LBO
Round 3: 1hr Take Home Excel Exam
- basic case with forecasting Revenue + EBITDA, formatting sheets and graphs
Round 4: 1-on-1 with MD
- very conversational, all fit based questions
Round 5: 1-on-1 with COO
- very conversational, all fit based questions
