The interview process was structured and engaging. I first met with two technical engineers, who explored my experience in software engineering, machine learning, and delivering AI solutions to production. The discussion included practical questions about LLM applications, RAG, system design, evaluation, deployment, and how I approach technical trade-offs. I was also asked to explain previous projects and my contributions. The following round was with the director and focused more on motivation, cultural fit, stakeholder collaboration, business value, and why I wanted to join the financial-services industry. Overall, the interviewers were professional, welcoming, and interested in my experience and thought process.
