Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After emailing my resume I received a phone call directly from one of the employees (VP or Associate I believe) and was asked to come in for an interview the following week. Interview was with 2 employees in their lounge and lasted around 45 minutes.
The first 20 minutes they asked about 4-5 questions.
-tell me about yourself
-was asked to elaborate on certain items from my resume (capital IQ, previous internship, research)
The next 5 minutes they described the intern position.
-20 hours / week, paid
-75% of the time I'd be doing research/due dilligence/pitch books
-25% of the time I'd be working with financial models
The last 20 minutes were conversational where they answered my questions and asked a few in-between.
