4 in person 1 on 1 interviews after cv check. first with hr which was mostly behavioral, going through cv. then 1 on 1 with mds from 2 different teams, then after giving my preference had one last 1 on 1 with svp. since it was for internship interviews weren't massively technical, just mostly seeing if you had basic knowledge of the coverage, how interested you are, whether you have the potential to do well etc. Overall very nice process people were kind and willing to teach you things. have enjoyed working with them.

Interview Questions
HR business partner will be forceful with their questions regarding salary expectations. I was forced to cough up a number.

The rest of the interview process consisted of fit questions/motivation questions.

The human resources department performed an initial screening call, and then I was invited for in-person interviews.
Interview Questions
Second year associated asked if I had any knowledge/experience in portfolio management, then asked what the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) is. Follow-up questions included: what is the capital asset pricing model used for and what is the formula; where does the risk free rate come from; where does one go to find the beta; and where would I look to find the market risk.

What makes you more qualified then other applicants and where do you see yourself in the next five years if you were to work here.

Do you know how to prepare a discounted cash flow worksheet? Are you familiar with exit run rates, excel modeling, budgeting and forecasting?
We worked through a DCF worksheet together and I was able to demonstrate my knowledge. Talked about what all the budgeting and forecasting would entail and what I was previously comfortable with.
