Camberview Summer Analyst

It was fairly standard - submitted my application and had to do an online assessment, fairly basic math and comprehension stuff.

2 weeks later, heard back with 1st round interview with an analyst.
It was very situational/about your personality. Very nice people. 6 days later was the 2nd round, exactly the same.

The next day I got an invitation for a 3rd round presentation test. It was timed, 4 hours, unproctored, essentially just doing DD on a firm, but from an activism perspective - just research on board members, ESG initiatives, very subjective work.

4th round (2 weeks later) was a Superday, 5 interviews back-to-back, this time wiht more senior members, very similar to the 1st/2nd round interviews in that they were almost entirely personality based. Lot's of "tell me about a time you did this". Very situational.
