The interview process was fairly easy. However, I also go to a target school. For our interviews, they were strictly 30 min behavioral. From their non-target schools, I've heard they require an analysis of a full portfolio that they provide. Before the interview, there is usually a dinner reception. This is where you will stand out. Speak to the people in charge of your position. For our school, there were people from portfolio management and investment banking. I talked to no IB people, but shot the shit with almost every PM attendee. I did pretty bad in the interview and still got the offer. Personality matters A LOT to these people.
