First round with Director was 30 minutes long on Teams, interviewer was very nice and it was like a normal conversation, shared a lot about the team and the firm, asked a few general background questions and said I would get a second round before the end, last 10 minutes for questions. Second round with Executive Director, same format and structure, basically identical to the first round. Third round was a 20 minute phone call with the HR representative who asked a few behaviourals and answered some of my questions. Got an offer within 24 hours of the last phone call.
