got a phone interview as part of a diversity program. questions were pretty simple (why our firm, why banking) and then i got invited to the womens program. first day was networking with individuals at the firm and learning more about their culture. second day was 3 thirty minute interviews. first one was technicals (think M&I guide) and other two were behavioral, all three were with MDs
