Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Semi-target student who reached out to Partner. Hit it off well and got the phone screen shortly after. PJT is surprisingly merit-based if you make it to the interview stage. Unfortunately I didn't perform well in the phone screen with the Analyst and didn't get a second round, but that's on me (missed easy bond math question).
