Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone Screener with school alumni was basically round 0, where she asked me tmay, why pjt, why m&a, recent deals, and some easy accounting technicals.

Round 1 offer was made shortly after (<1 week), and I had 1 week to prepare for this round. Same as round 0 by asking tmay, why ib, why pjt, best book you read and why, and 3 pros of yourself and then straight into technicals. Technical question they had a question where $10 increase in revenue but that increase came from $1 of cogs. walk me through 3 statements. Also, had a question asking to run down from revenue all the way to UFCF.

I was able to make it to superday (got contacted 2 weeks after end of 1st round) even after getting one technical question wrong. Superday consisted of 4 rounds of 30 minute interviews all 1:1. 2 rounds were completely behavioral (MD and VP), 1 round was completely technical (some merger model question with exchange ratio), and 1 last room was about market and pitch me a stock.

Got a rejection call from HR about a week after the end of superday.
