Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was with 2 interviewers in person on campus at the Pittsburgh office. It was a mix of behaviorals and technicals. I got a phone call within the week informing me of the superday. The superday was in person, 3 back to back interviews each with 2 interviewers (I got to interview with a lot of different teams within capital markets). Again, it was a mix of behaviorals and technicals. We got to rank the teams after interviewing. The culture seems really relaxed; people are willing to help. Overall, it was a really smooth process, and the questions were not too difficult.
