Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were two rounds of interviews. Both were group interviews. The first round was with people that I would be working with day-to-day. The second round was with higher-ups that we reported through.
Questions were fairly basic. Mainly fit and personality questions to see if I would fit well with the team.
The groups did a lot of talking about what they did and their specific work.
Overall the interviews weren't that difficult. I was expecting some technical questions. Or at least some questions to see how I would approach a problem.
Perhaps they vetted this sort of thinking before the interviews (I came as a referral - then a recruiter contacted me).
