Very fit based, little to no technical. The only technical, at best, question I got was my views on the market and a scenario if a client want's his fees reduced. The rest will be talking about your hobbies, why finance, something interesting you've learned, etc. The interview was honestly small talk but very easy. They are all very kind and honestly was the best interview experience I've ever had.
