Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through university career website. Got a phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes. Later that day, I was invited to Pittsburgh for their super day. They flew me up on a Thursday, and that evening at the hotel there was a reception. The following morning interviews started at 9. I had two 2 on 1 interviews and two 1 on 1 interviews. Very relaxed interviews. Everyone I had contact with was very laid back, and it was obvious the biggest thing they were looking for was how well you'd fit in at the company.
