Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially applied online on PNC's website. Was interviewed by a regional recruiter a couple of weeks later who asked common behavioral questions. She said at the end of the interview that it could take a couple of months or less to hear back. I then got a phone call early December to go to a Super Day in Philly. Super Day was fairly relaxed; the interviews were conversational with very few technicals throw in.
