Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online on School Job Posting online and gotten a response a month later. Had short phone interview with HR (15-20 Min) and then moved onto Superday about two weeks later. Superday only took about three hours, consisting of four 30 minute interviews with one or two people. Questions were mainly behavior with a few technical, focusing on the three financial statements.
