Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was very laid back. First, there was an over the phone intereview - all personality, behavioral, and fit questions. Then, there was a "super day" which included an evening networking with senior executives, and 3 in person interviews the next day. One of the interviewers was from HR, two were managers in the corporate bank. Again, mostly behavioral/fit with a few finance questions.
